BubbleSoak is used as a separate process to the BubbleWash. This means you can pre-soak selected items with stubborn stains, before adding other dirty laundry for the actual wash cycle. BubbleWash, too, is an optional setting, so you can choose whether or not to use it, depending on how heavily soiled your laundry load is.
