Chocolate Molten Cakes

Ingredients

- 125g butter, plus extra for greasing

- 185g block of dark chocolate, roughly chopped

- 4 eggs

- ⅓ cup (65g) caster sugar

- ¼ cup cocoa, plus extra for dusting

- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt

- ¼ cup plain flour

Method
  • Preheat the air fryer to 160°C on ‘air fry’ function. Butter eight ramekins and dust with cocoa, set aside
  • In a small saucepan, gently melt the butter with 125g of chocolate and set aside to cool.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  • Add the chocolate mixture and cocoa, flour, and mix to combine.
  • Fill ramekins ¾ full and push 1 chocolate square into centre, place on rack of air fryer and bake for 8 minutes, until sides are set and center is wobbly
  • Set aside for 3 minutes, until turning out. Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream
