In most metro areas where we deliver using our own trucks, we’ll also connect and set up a bunch of appliances for you, completely free. That’s right—no surprise charges, no call-out fees, and no "installation extras" that magically appear at checkout.

Fridges – we’ll position it and plug it in (ice & water connection excluded)

When you purchase from Appliances Online, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your product is faulty or damaged, as per Australian Consumer Law. Free Delivery

We offer free - yes, free! - next-day delivery to most Australian metropolitan areas, as well as selected regional centres.

Delivery day

When you make your purchase, you can choose a delivery day. In most areas, we deliver Monday to Friday, but in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne metro areas, we also offer Saturday deliveries for an additional fee.

Next-day delivery

In metropolitan areas, we can do free, next business day delivery, provided you complete your order prior to your state's cut-off time below. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, the earliest we can deliver is the following Tuesday.

Free next-day delivery cut-off times/days may be impacted in high-volume periods, such as sales.

Delivery time

We usually deliver during business hours, but sometimes it’s as early as 6:30am or as late as 7pm. Your driver will contact you the morning of your delivery to provide you with a 2-hour delivery window, and again approximately 30 minutes before they arrive. Unless you’re one of the first deliveries of the day, in which case they’ll contact you as they’re leaving the warehouse, giving you as much notice as possible.

If you’re in the Sydney metro area, you can purchase a Premium Delivery for $75, and choose a 2-hour delivery window (between 6am and 6pm).

Street address only for delivery

We're not able to deliver to PO (Post Office) Boxes or to transport/freight companies. We require your full street address, and require you to be available to take delivery.

Delivery delays

If there are any delays or other problems at all with your order - whether it’s at our end or the manufacturer’s - we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Need to change your delivery date or details?

If you need to change your delivery date or address, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 000 500 at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

What happens if you’re not home to accept delivery?
  • If you're not home to accept delivery, we'll leave a calling card so you can organise another delivery day.
Stock availability

Your order will be delivered from the nearest available warehouse. We always try to ensure that the stock levels shown on our product pages (after you've entered your postcode ) are accurate, but if there are any delays or other problems at all with your order, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible, and pass on any information from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available. 

Free Connection

In areas where we offer free delivery by our own trucks, we can also connect and install the following appliances free of charge:
  • Fridges - excluding specialised plumbing services
  • Washing machines and washer-dryers - excluding washing machine pedestals and anti-flood devices
  • Dryers - excluding dryers that require wall-mounting, stacking kits or additional plumbing
  • Microwaves - excluding trim kits
*The following items require installation by our fully trained and experienced installers at an additional cost:
  • Ice & water dispenser connection for fridges
  • Changes to cabinetry for Anti-flood device installation for washing machines
  • Dishwashers connection and installations
  • Dryer installations (wall-mounting and stacking installations)
  • Electric stoves, ovens and cooktops
  • Gas stoves, ovens and cooktops
  • Rangehoods
  • TVs

If you want us to install one of the above appliances, you can add a professional installation service to your purchase at the checkout, for an additional fee. Learn more about our installation service.

Removal & recycling of old products and packaging

In metropolitan areas and selected regional centres where we deliver with our own trucks, you can also request that we remove your old products including appliance or mattress for recycling - simply select the Removal option in the shopping cart during checkout when ordering. Our team will also remove and recycle all packaging from your new product for free. 

Note that the old appliances being removed must be similar to the new appliance being delivered, and they must be fully disconnected from any power, water, or gas supplies (gas disconnections must be performed by a licensed plumber) prior to our arrival. It's important that any appliances or mattresses collected by our team are in a clean and hygienic condition and are located in an area that allows for safe removal by our team.

If you are having your new appliance connected by one of our qualified installers, they will disconnect your old appliance for you at the time of installation.

Does Appliances Online deliver to my location?

Does Appliances Online provide a delivery time frame?

Yes, we’ll keep you updated! Our drivers will contact you on the morning of your delivery providing you with a 2-hour delivery window. They will also call you when they are 30 minutes away and when they have arrived. If you are one of the first deliveries of the day, the drivers will contact you as they’re leaving the warehouse, giving you as much notice as possible.

Can you provide a delivery window before the delivery day?

We take deliveries for the next day up until midnight, so we can only provide the window on the morning of delivery. The time frames are generated by an app that factors in the location of each customer and creates the most efficient route for the driver.

I want to select my own delivery window. Does Appliances Online offer a premium delivery service?

Appliances Online offers a Premium Delivery service, allowing you to select a 2-hour delivery window to better fit your schedule. This service is only available if you’re in the Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth metro area. You can purchase this premium window for $75 and select a 2-hour window between 6am and 6pm.

Will you deliver up stairs?

Yes! As long as the appliance can fit through the stairway, our team of professionals will deliver it for you!

What happens if I am not home when the driver attempts to deliver?

The driver will contact you, advising they will have to move on, and we will attempt delivery on the next available day that suits you.

I need to reschedule my delivery. How do I change my delivery date or amend my delivery details?

It is free to change your delivery date up to the business day prior to your original delivery date.

Does Appliances Online charge for redelivery?

No, there is no additional fee for redelivery. Our legendary delivery service is free!

Can someone accept my delivery on my behalf?

Yes, someone can accept your delivery if you are unable to, as long as you notify us before or even on the day of delivery. The person accepting your delivery will need to provide a valid photo ID, be over 16 years old, and will need to sign for the product. If possible, please also provide the mobile number of the person taking delivery, just to make sure everything runs smoothly for you and our drivers!

How will my delivery driver contact me?

The drivers will text you on the mobile number you provided when placing your order.

I need my appliance to be professionally installed, will this affect the delivery date?

Yes, installation that requires one of our certified plumbers, electricians, carpenters, or gas plumbers affects the date for delivery, as they get booked out. To check the next available day for delivery and installation, add the selected item to the cart with the installation box ticked and proceed to the checkout. The calendar in the cart will indicate the next available date.

Do you offer a removal service for the old appliance I’m replacing?

In metropolitan areas and selected regional centres where we deliver with our own trucks, you can also request that we remove your old appliance for recycling - simply select the Removal option in the shopping cart during checkout when ordering. Note that the old appliances being removed must be similar to the new appliance being delivered, and it must be fully disconnected from any power, water or gas supplies (gas disconnections must be performed by a licensed plumber) prior to our arrival.

Can I add delivery instructions?

Can I pick up items from the warehouse?

We don’t offer collections from our warehouses but with free, next day delivery to 95% of Australians, we’ve got you covered!

What do I do if I have a dog?

If you have a dog at the delivery address, please be sure to let us know and secure your dog prior to delivery for the safety of your pet and our drivers.
