What is an Agency Brand?
An "agency” or “proforma” brand is one that Appliances Online promotes for sale without billing the end customer directly. That is, Appliances Online serves as vendor for the stock, but not the proprietor. In the event of an agency brand purchase, the brand will issue an invoice directly to the customer.
As such, pricing for these products is determined by the brand itself and is not subject to change based on offers (incl. coupons) from Appliances Online.
