It really helped ease my backache after having epidural following childbirth,and I always feel so relaxed after using it. One of the best features is the variety of settings,which are all easy to control through the downloadable app. It's really convenient being able to customise the treatment depending on what you need. It can be worn either over the clothes or under clothing,depending on your preference. The battery life is excellent, the charge lasts well, and it recharges quickly too. Overall, it has made a huge difference for my back pain and comfort. I would highly recommend it to everyone i dealing with backache or looking for effective relief at home.

I suffer from quite bad menstrual pain and lower back pain, and this wrap has really helped to ease and soothe the discomfort. The initial setup process was very straightforward. I simply scanned the QR code on the box, which downloaded the Therabody app onto my Samsung phone. The app itself is easy to navigate and already includes pre-set routines, making it quick and convenient to use. When I first took the wrap out of the box, it felt slightly heavy and bulky, so I wasn’t sure how comfortable it would be. However, once worn, it was actually very comfortable. The adjustable straps help it fit snugly against the body, and it can be worn either under or over clothing. I also liked that the app lets you select how you’re wearing it for a more tailored experience. The heat and vibration functions are especially soothing and relaxing. There is a slight vibration noise, but it’s very minimal and not distracting at all. I can comfortably wear it while sitting down relaxing or even while moving around doing chores. Another great feature is the included travel pouch/carry case, which makes storage easy and convenient. It also comes with a USB-C charging cable, and I’ve found the battery life lasts quite a long time between charges.
