It works well - all these years i used Bruan and really thought nothing shave as good. This shaver is very good! i was also skeptical because it use a usb cable to charge - but all good. Im very happy with my Phillips - its part of my morning routine now. Sometimes it screams like its dry - not sure what to do if i have to do something? I use alcohol once a month to clean the heads.

Really pleased with my purchase. It was a replacement for a shaver that was disappointing, but Philips replaced it and the result was great. Been using Philips for 20 years and will continue. The model is not top of the range, so I am sure a 5 out of 5 would be a great model - but this one is very good.
