The best service, I have had in a long time
Just wanted to let you know the washing machine arrived safe and sound, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would like to take this opportunity to commend your service and delivery, the delivery drivers were so courteous, pleasant, helpful with lovely manners, (which you don't often come by these days). The washing machine was installed and tested, in a matter of minutes, the young man obviously knew what he was doing! I asked a couple of questions, which were answered respectfully and confidently, considering it was late on a Friday afternoon and a very hot day. These young men are a credit to you company. I recently purchased a Westinghouse Upright oven from you. I want to thank everyone involved, including Peter Livingston, PLC Electrical. Peter came to disconnect my old oven the night before the new oven was to be delivered. He and his employee carried the old oven out to the front veranda. The oven was delivered early the following morning. Just a quick phone call to Peter to let him know the new oven had been delivered and no sooner had I replaced the receiver Peter was at my door.
