Effective and durable
Excellent toothbrush. Quite in operation but powerful in results. It’s on the next level compared to my old on of a different brand. Recharge lasts a long time and the flexible brushing options cater to all needs. Highly recommended.

Disappointed!
1) To select brushing mode, other than "Clean", must turn on handle; highly inconvenient! 2) Need to press several times before handle can be turned off. 3) Takes well over 24-hours on glass charger to charge handle for empty. This product is not reflective nor characteristic of the quality Philips claims in marketing and advertising materials.

Reliability Issues
Battery failed in less than six months. Though was repaired free of charge it is still inconvenient in having to send it in. Given how expensive these toothbrushes are, they should be a lot more robust and reliable.
