[Employee of philipsglobal] I wasn't anticipating it to be as painful as it was! It is ok once you get used to it though. I had to go over the area multiple times over a week or so to get all the hairs (since they grow at different rates) so it was a bit more effort than shaving (especially as you have to go so slowly). However I am pleased with the smooth results and the hair is not growing back as fast

[Employee of philipsglobal] This is my first time using an epilator and even though it is a bit painful at first - the massage head really helps to deflect the pain! After a while I totally got used to it and it is so nice to have smoother legs for longer.
