[Employee of philipsglobal] Phillips Satinelle epilator is very compact and handy. Waxing was always a big nightmare for me because it pains a lot. But after using Phillips Satinelle Epilator I'm relieved of all the pains and mess. During my first use I had lil irritation and redness but after few times of use I got used to it. My skin started feeling very smooth and soft and I didn't need to shave for weeks together. It's very easy to clean as a cleaning brush has also been given with epilator. It's been so helpful for me to remove my underarms hair. Having sensitive skin it's a boon for me and now I don't have to worry about waxing anymore. A must have for every woman's grooming kit.

There are no spare parts available..... Shaving head of epilator was defective since I bought it and it malfunctioned after some time. There is no warranty and spare shaving heads are not available. I'm searching it for 6 months. Buying another epilator just for shaving head appears meaningless.

Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with this epilator. I purchased mine on TakeAlot in May 2025, and I've used it 3 times. The blades do not rotate so it is completely useless to me and I paid quite a lot of money for this item. TakeAlot states that this is a non-returnable item.
