Order placement was simple and efficient
Received great service fom your organisation. Initial phone in and order placement was simple and efficient. Price though not the best covered all items in one package, ie purchase, delivery, removal of packing and old stove. The delivery was "better" if that is possible, they were 1st rate, punctual, phoned ahead, quick, friendly and good humoured, nothing was a problem. Better service than I would get from a retail store
Thanks. I must say that everything about my experience with Appliances on line has been great. Monday 5pm order to be delivered the next day Tuesday 8am delivery time confirmed 11-1 10:30 am change order before delivery, from 602mm Simpson to 565mm Fisher and Paykel – I should have measured before I ordered! 11am delivery truck shows up but no problem with leaving on the truck. They missed Dave’s call Wednesday 9am New dryer delivered. Much better service than I would get from a retail store, and at no time did anyone say “not my problem” Steve, Cremorne, NSW
