Upon detecting an impact or sudden changes in motion, the MiVUE immediately saves a protected video of the event, for later playback. This is aided by the 3-Axis G-Sensor which shows the direction the impact came from, in the event of a collision, helping to determine the cause of the accident.

In the unfortunate instance of an accident, the MiVUE automatically records the incident and sends the footage to your smartphone over a WiFi connection. If you aren’t connected to WiFi, the recording will be sent when you are next connected. Able to record high levels of detail during the day as well as the night, the Wide Dynamic Range supplies optical adjustments to the video quality, for optimal recording in bright or dark conditions. And with the Low Light Sony Sensor, the MiVUE can effortlessly record across a range of different light conditions.
