Great size for home, easy to use or move around.
I bought this treadmill about a year ago and it has been a really handy purchase. It fits well into my lounge room, which isn't a huge room. I can move the treadmill out of the way if needed - it can be semi-packed up so it takes up less space, which is really helpful.
I live in a city where it rains a lot, so going for a walk outside is not always possible. I also have chronic health conditions so I need to be careful about how I exercise. Having this treadmill at home means I can walk for as long as I am able to, and if I start to experience pain, I can stop at any time. That is really a game-changer for me! I can do a 5-minute slow walk on my bad days, or longer, more intense walks when I'm feeling up to it.
I don't mind at all that you don't get an incline with this treadmill, because I personally don't need that added intensity to my workouts, but it's something to keep in mind if you do want a greater challenge. I haven't really run on this treadmill, I'm more of a walker, but my partner has done some jogs/runs on it, and it works really well for that too.
I'm not sure if the heart rate monitors work properly on mine, they always seem to tell me that my heart rate is about 71bpm, which I kind of doubt is true when I've been walking for 20 minutes. I don't really use the heart rate monitors anyway, but it's worth noting that they might not always be reliable. This could purely be an issue with my treadmill, so I wouldn't let this put you off. I just use my smart watch to track my heart rate if I want to know about it.
Overall, this treadmill was a really smart purchase for me - I thought treadmills would be way out of my price bracket, but it's surprisingly affordable for a really good product. I'd highly recommend it, particularly if you are looking for something that's adaptable to the way you want to exercise.
