This product is an absolute waste of money......it doesn't work!!! Tried to sweep courtyard..just a few leaves & it left most behind! So disappointed,as this is not an inexpensive product. It is cumbersome, the tightening screws on handle are faulty, it fills too quickly & overall simply is a poor design. On a limited budget it is a lot of money down the drain. Sorry Karcher!!

I very rarely complain about a product but this unit has really been disappointing and very frustrating. With a small amount of changes and better quality parts this could have been a great domestic product. I only bought this S4 a couple of years and with only a small amount of domestic work I have had nothing but trouble with it. -The sweeper spindle assemblies are very flimsy and the brushes come off easy. -The push handle and mounts are weak and flimsy. - the front wheels skid/lock up on the smallest bit of rubbish. - dust dribbles out behind. - The hopper handle doesn’t clip in properly and comes off. - the rubber rear under strip keeps falling off and I can’t really see the purpose of it. - the rear wheel now locks up within the hub clutch and now cannot be used. We use the bigger unit for our business which seems to be better. I have had Karcher domestic and commercial products for over 30 years. For a company like Karcher this is way below the quality that you guys have always stood for.

I bought this months ago - too much time had expired before I used it for the first time - shame as I can't really return it now - biggest waste of money - I wished I had not purchased this - it spills dry debris when turning a corner. It doesn't collect dried blossoms properly as it can leave blossoms in shrapnel pieces on the ground. The hopper cannot accommodate much before spilling on the ground.
