Whilst I was extremely nervous about buying a major appliance on line, especially on a Sunday, I am delighted with the result ! I spoke to a real person after hours on Sunday, placed my order on line, got confirmation immediately, was called, as promised on the morning of the delivery and it was delivered just when they said they would. The delivery guys were, neat polite and helpful - they even gave me a good tip about re-routing the drain from the machine. The savings are 'in the bank' ... and I will use them next time. Saved about $300
Great company, got a good discount on my new washer and dryer on top of advertised price, free delivery, installation and they even moved my old washer outside for me. Friendly delivery guys, called with accurate estimate of time of delivery. I still saved about $300 if you add in the delivery cost and extended warranty charges compared to **** ****..the big appliance stores whinge about customers deserting them...there is a damn good reason for it!!
