The customer service response was "As the base is plastic, the pins will tend to fall" and that I should try sticking pliers in to fix it. Both delivery men were polite, courteous, mindful of my furniture and cork floor and very professional. Also, John, who placed my order was very good. This was done 'without' driving around to individual retailers, finding parking spots plus we didn't have to listen to a half informed sales pitch. Plus the delivery fee was pittance, to what we have paid for previously from 'local' retailers. The delivery guys called the day prior & gave us a time window, when they arrived they were 10 minutes ahead of time, plus they unpacked, set up and removed all packaging materials.
