Peter, I am writing to pass on my appreciation as to the assistance I received with a recent order from Jay Coleing.
My initial order became unavailable and Jay ensured that a suitable alternative was found, in addition to this she chased up the location and made the necessary arrangements to get it delivered in time to enable it to be installed by our pre-booked electrician.
The fact that the above happened was appreciated, but the fact that Jay called on numerous occasions to keep me informed of the process and any issues was an unexpected and gave me confidence that everything that could be done was being carried out.

Received my new Fisher & Paykel fridge today. Delivery was prompt after I was contacted & the delivery man helped me install my fridge ( had to take kitchen door off to get fridge into kitchen & delivery man reassembled everything ).

I would like to compliment your company once again on its service.I sent
the email below and the next morning one of your gentlemen from Sydney
telephoned to arrange for another dryer to be delivered today and the original
machine to be sent back to the manufacturers as it was possibly faulty. True to form, the driver phoned early this morning and arrived on time
at 10am. As the driver wanted the box to cart the original machine, he quickly
unpacked the dryer and put original one in the box. My husband has had a stroke
and is not able to do these things, so I was extremely grateful that it was done
without being asked. Old fashioned service again. The drivers were very
pleasant young Indian men who were certainly good ambassadors for Appliance on
Line. It makes such a change nowadays to get a job done properly and for
people to turn up within a time frame.Many thanks and I will be
