Efficiency and ease of service
This is the second time that I have ordered an appliance from you and I must commend your company for its efficiency and ease of service; right from the ordering to within less than 24 hours having the washing machine delivered, hooked up and the broken machine carted away. I am more than impressed
This morning, my new washing machine was to be delivered to our address in Caringbah between 9.30-11.30am. I have 2 young boys and was dreading the delivery because I thought there would be water and mess everywhere and so on... I went out this morning early and got back at about 9.40 to the guys already here (sorry about that!) They didn't mind that I was late and that the old machine wasn't disconnected (another apology...) It took them 10 minutes to take the old one out, set the new one up and be friendly to not only me but my boys. For the lack of hassle in not only purchasing the new machine but also the delivery, I am more than impressed! I will be recommending your business to as many people as I can. Having worked in customer service from the basic level up to management for most of my working life, I know customers aren't always the easiest and they rarely say thankyou or mention good service so I'd like to take this opportunity to do just that. Fast service, free delivery and excellent price
Fast service, free delivery and excellent price. I ordered a new Bosch dishwasher last Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. This was great because we are outside the Sydney area and delivery was included. The price was lower than the local appliance shops which didn't include delivery. The delivery guys rang early (7:30am) and arrived 10 minutes later. Its a good thing they rang, other wise we would still have been in bed. I was happy to see they didn't drive the truck up the 80m driveway, so no damage there. They wheeled the dishwasher into the kitchen and unpacked it and took the packing away. The paperwork was no problem and the guys were quick friendly and efficient. Great service. Highly recommended. Alan, Thirlmere, NSW
