SMEG launches Australia’s first 6 star dishwasher!
November 12th, 2013
“Housework rules!” said no one, ever. That’s why you should get a dishwasher.
“But don’t they use a lot of water?” you may ask. To which we will say: “Not if you get a SMEG dishwasher with a 6 star water efficiency rating!”
Everyone’s favourite Italian appliance manufacturer SMEG has just launched a new range of dishwashers that are outstandingly water efficient – Australia’s first to be awarded 6 stars by the Water Labelling and Standards (WELS) scheme.
When set to the Normal Eco wash program, this latest generation SMEG dishwasher uses only 9.8 litres of water to wash a full load (15 place settings).
And, to make it even more efficient, there is a 24 hour time delay setting that enables users to take advantage of off-peak energy rates.
Finally, it’s profoundly quiet (operating at only 42dBA) and the selection of wash programs will get your dishes thoroughly and spectacularly clean.
We knew you would be.
The new SMEG 6 star dishwasher is available in a variety of models:
DWA315X – free-standing, fingerprint resistant stainless steel.
DWA315W – free-standing, white.
DWA315B – free-standing, black.
DWAI315XT – semi-integrated, tall tank (plates to 35cm).
DWAU315X – under-bench, fingerprint resistant stainless steel.
DWAFI315T – fully integrated, tall tank (plates to 35cm).
All of these dishwashers carry a four star energy rating.
If you would like to buy one (good choice, bro) you can do at Appliances Online, of course. Hooray!
