Water efficient dishwasher SMEG“Housework rules!” said no one, ever. That’s why you should get a dishwasher.

“But don’t they use a lot of water?” you may ask. To which we will say: “Not if you get a SMEG dishwasher with a 6 star water efficiency rating!”

Everyone’s favourite Italian appliance manufacturer SMEG has just launched a new range of dishwashers that are outstandingly water efficient – Australia’s first to be awarded 6 stars by the Water Labelling and Standards (WELS) scheme.

When set to the Normal Eco wash program, this latest generation SMEG dishwasher uses only 9.8 litres of water to wash a full load (15 place settings).

And, to make it even more efficient, there is a 24 hour time delay setting that enables users to take advantage of off-peak energy rates.

Finally, it’s profoundly quiet (operating at only 42dBA) and the selection of wash programs will get your dishes thoroughly and spectacularly clean.
