On Friday the 9th of July, Appliances Online were recognised as Australia’s leading Pure Play Online Retailer at the inaugural Online Retail Industry Association (ORIA) awards ceremony. Held at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre Parkside Ballroom, the gala evening also saw us take out the trophy for the Best Customer Experience in Australasia.

The ORIAs were founded to recognise excellence in e-commerce retailing. Judged by a panel of respected industry leaders, it is a humbling experience for our young company to be recognised. We are truly honoured to receive these awards and look forward to playing a role in the continuing growth of online trade downunder.

Founder and CEO of Appliances Online, John Winning, was also nominated for the most prestigious individual accolade, the Industry Recognition Award, for his services and contribution to the online retail industry in Australia.
