By the end of this week the search will be up for two lucky Australian bloggers who will have won a trip to the London Olympics care of Samsung.

Sports fans and writers alike have the opportunity to travel to London courtesy of Samsung. To be picked they will need equal measures of creativity and enthusiasm.

Over 100 bloggers worldwide will be recruited, including the 2 Aussies, as part of the Samsung Global Bloggers to share their experience of the Olympics to the world.

The bloggers will be backed by Samsung ambassadors James Magnussen and Jamie Oliver to generate buzz and excitement across the digital platform.

Jamie Oliver, who already runs his own successful blog, said the initiative was a fantastic way to “get people from around the world involved in the Games”.

Meanwhile, Australia’s own swimming champion, ‘The Missile’ Magnussen said the programme “offers Australians the opportunity to join people from all the world in a celebration of what’s set to be an incredible Olympic Games”.

The chosen 100 will need to provide compelling blogs, videos and images of entertainment value and global relevance to the worldwide audience across www.samsungglobalblogger.com, www.samsung.com as well as their own personal social media networks.

Keen bloggers need to put together a 30-second video stating why they should be picked to win.

Sofia loves to keep things clean. Vacuum cleaners, giant washing machines and jumbo dishwashers hum away in her abode daily. Obsessive? Maybe. Passionate about appliances? For sure! She has been writing about appliance trends and happenings since 2010.
