Role:
As a Live Chat Consultant you will be responsible for answering a high volume of concurrent live chats in relation to both new and existing customer enquiries. Experience in the appliance industry will be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:
• Selling whitegoods and providing the best pre and post sale customer support online.
• Provide fast, efficient responses to enquiries whose content ranges from in-depth appliance knowledge to simple date changes.
• Assisting customers with the processing of sales, billing, technical troubleshooting, & service change requests.
• Working as part of a team (shifts) covering 7am to 11pm Monday – Friday & some weekend work.
• You will be part of a close-knit & dedicated team that is focused on offering only the best customer experience.
• You will enjoy being part of our “one in all in” ethos. We are looking for a team player that is able to step up when things get busy.
Skills & Requirements:
• Exposure to live chat.
• Strong communication, typing, grammar and writing skills are required for this role.
• Requires strong keyboard, web and general PC office software proficiency.
• While you are dealing with inbound chat, a strong up-selling focus is required.
• Previous sales or call centre experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience in the appliances industry will be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
