The proforma order must be received by Andi-Co Australia to remain eligible for the bonus gift, with the minimum 20% deposit paid as per the terms and conditions on the back of the proforma order. To remain eligible for the bonus gift you must accept delivery of the Hoover washing machine by no later than Friday March 30th 2012 – this condition overrides the normal ‘holding’ terms stated in clause 4.3 on the back of the proforma order. If Andi-Co Australia are unable to supply the purchased Hoover washing machine by the 30th March 2012 due to circumstances beyond the customers control (eg; model may be out of stock at the time), the customer must accept delivery of the washing machine as soon as the stock becomes available. The bonus Hoover Ironing Board will be delivered with the Hoover washing machine. Clearance or display stock is not eligible for the bonus gift with purchase. The bonus gift may only be claimed where the purchase is for domestic / household / private use only and does not apply to commercial / project sales. The bonus offer is only eligible for purchases made at full retail price from an approved Hoover Agent. This offer cannot be exchanged for other goods nor can the value of the gift set be redeemed off the purchase price of the appliance. The bonus gift is non-transferrable to purchases made prior to the commencement date of 1st January 2012. A 20% cancellation fee will apply to outstanding orders cancelled during the promotional period, which were purchased prior to the commencement date.
