I completed a form back on around the 15th March after purchasing a front load washing machine at the ******** Joondalup. It has been over a month and I was wondering when I will receive the supply of washing powder.

You would need to follow up that with the manufacturer. While we sell the units it is Whirlpool who runs the promotion. You can call Whirlpool on 1300 368 899. Otherwise I would give The ******** store a call and see if they may chase it up for you with Whirlpool sales or the Whirlpool rep.
