Appliances are so awesome it’s no wonder that they should inspire gadgets.

Even so, how much does one really enjoy ironing? Enough to be woken up by an iron every morning?

Apparently, some people do love ironing that much. We’re not sure if the alarm sounds anything like the steam-puff created in the act of ironing or the click of a thermostat reaching temperature, but this “creative” alarm clocked is at least shaped like a miniature iron.

It is a multifunctional novelty radio and alarm clock that can be connected to either an iPod, MP3, MP4, PC, or Notebook to play music. Time to rock out with your…iron?

It features a 12 or 24 hour time format display, FM radio and a speaker.

It is promoted as “a very cute item” and that “all buttons are real,” so that’s a bonus, real buttons.
