Just had to send some feedback on your fantastic service. I did send a message with the delivery guys but wanted to send this as well. Last Friday morning our faithful fridge had died!!! but before 10am that morning I had found your website & a replacement fridge with the added bonus of removal of old fridge & 'cheap as chips' delivery charge. I can't believe how totally painless & professional this process was. Our fridge was delivered before 9am this morning & as we live in a semi rural area where it is sometimes VERY difficult to get service persons & deliveries to our location I have to say we are over the moon with such wonderful service. The Samsung upside-down fridge/freezer I got is good for 2/3 people, uses only 1.26KWHr/day- about .26c/day. Well-priced especially as they take old fridge away at no extra charge, also unpacked & took away packing, even positioned it & turned on! Love the layout inside. Other reviews say shelves/drawers bit flimsy but I don't find that. Best small upside-down fridge/freezer for the price and lesser depth to wall means it fits flush to 60cm deep kitchen tops. L. R.
