Initial phone in and order placement was simple and efficient. Price though not the best covered all items in one package, ie purchase, delivery, removal of packing and old stove.
The delivery was "better" if that is possible, they were 1st rate, punctual, phoned ahead, quick, friendly and good humoured, nothing was a problem. Hope the stove package is as good as your "package".

We ordered the stove on Tuesday afternoon, I didn't think you'd be able to deliver here to Nintingbool by Friday (today) and told the missus not to get her hopes up! But here it is! And also... it was $200 cheaper than our local shop wanted to charge me. Thanks again
