Q Good morning. Please tell me the difference between GEK1385WLPG and GEK1235LWLPG.

A One of the main differences between the two models is the orientation, as the GEK1385RWLPG features the gas oven on the right side of the device, whereas the GEK1235LWLPG features the same on the left side. Additionally, the GEK1385RWLPG makes use of an electronic ignition while the GEK1235LWLPG makes use of a piezo ignition. Piezo refers to a mechanised quartz ignition, basically striking the quartz to create a spark.
Other than these two features the items are very similar, featuring the same dimensions and capacity. You are likely to find that there are some small differences in terms of construction, with the more expensive of the two items having additional structural features that may not be immediately apparerent. In practical terms, however, the primary differences are the orientation and ignition method.

A Yes, the heat comes from two elements, one above the food and one below the food.
The bottom element is a clean heat element and is below the floor of the oven, both elements are controlled by the thermostat and will turn on and off to maintain the set temperature.

Q Does this model have a griller? Gas or electric? What is the difference between this model and the model GOR474S?
Question for:
600mm/60cm Westinghouse Gas Wall Oven GOR476S

A Both models have a grilling function. Both of them use a low power electric element to grill (only 10amp power plug needed for electricity).
The difference between the GOR476S and the GOR474S is that the GOR476S has 2 more oven functions. Both ovens have the following functions; fan assist bake, traditional bake and grill - the GOR476S also has a fan grill and defrost function.
