We would like to thank all involved at Appliances Online for the extraordinary professional service which saw our new Electrolux 6kg Dryer arrive yesterday in a process which was undertaken with a minimum of fuss. This is the first time we have purchased an appliance or the like ‘online’, and we found the experience one in which we had complete confidence from go to whoa. From ordering, through ongoing advice (including personal phone contact), through online transit tracking from Melbourne, to delivery at our home in country Victoria - on time and the date we had requested, your company was able to create a confidence in us that this method of purchase can really be, in fact, a better and cheaper experience than buying from a big-range store locally. I have to thank you all for the great service you supplied. I am an elder lady and am so relieved that the installation of my new fridge was so hassle free. Both *** and *** **** **** told me they would take my old fridge away for a fee. However, they would not guarantee that they would take the new fridge out of its box for me, as this would depend on the carrier’s time schedule. What good was a new fridge in a box to me if they took my working one away? Sadly, I remembered the trouble I had getting a new TV out of its box etc., so how was I going to manage a huge fridge? If I had of known of your wonderful service, I would have replaced my very old fridge years ago.
