The staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Calls were answered quickly, unlike many places where you have to hold on forever, and when people said they would ring back they did. And the prices were excellent. Also, the delivery people were great. We have a difficult site for access, but deliveries were on time, and without complaint. And the packaging and old appliances were also taken away.

All in all, one of the best shopping experiences I have had. I would recommend Appliances Online to anybody.
