Customer Service Review - Omega Canopy Rangehood K224X60

I think the service from Appliances Online has been excellent. The website is straightforward and easy to use and navigate. There is a good selections of products available, though it would be nice to see more. The free delivery in NSW is great, and the payment options are very good too.
Initially Appliances Online delivered the wrong rangehood, but one phonecall rectified the problem. I was treated well as a customer, apologised to, and was told the correct rangehood would be delivered the next day which it was.
Also the service from the delivery team was excellent, I appreciate the phonecall to let me know they would be delivering within the hour. I will be making additional purchases with Appliances Online in the coming weeks, and have recommended Appliances Online to everyone.
