Customer Service Review - Delonghi Coffee Grinder KG100

Ordered a De Longhi coffee grinder. I was
disappointed that having said they would deliver free, I
received a call from AO to say they in fact weren't
going to deliver in my area and could I pick up from a store
about 30 mins drive away. It wouldn't have been so bad
except the grinder was faulty and I had to go through the
whole thing twice. However they were good at replacing the
faulty coffee grinder quickly. They do need to be more up
front about where they will and won't deliver to though.
