Customer Service Review - 7kg Front Load Simpson Washing Machine SWF10761

Overall very happy. Our washing machine died one afternoon and we dreaded having to go down to the stores, get a good price and arrange delivery. Such a time consuming job! Instead we got the BEST price at Appliances Online for the dryer (was between $50 - $200 cheaper than 3 of the majors I called) and delivery was available in just a few days. They arrived when they said they would, and took away the old washing machine away, which was a big advantage (and at no additional cost). Only minor disappointment was that the delivery drivers trod dirt into the house and left muddy footprints on the laundry floor and big dirty hand prints on the brand new washing machine. A little more care on the delivery drivers behalf would have made the experience perfect. Next time I'll ask them to take off their boots!
