Customer Service Review - 305L LG Fridge GC305WFBRH

I am very pleased with my Appliances Online
experience. The customer service staff member I spoke with
on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgable, which
was in great contrast to the numerous sales people I dealt
with at all the major retailers in Canberra. The Appliances
Online price was already lower than what many outlets were
prepared to go (even after much negotiation) The retailers
(yes, the four majors) were all out of stock and
couldn't even promise to have more available for
two/three weeks (if I was lucky) Appliances online delivered
and placed my fridge in my kitchen within four days of
placing my order (I live in Canberra) They arranged a
reasonable delivery window (1.5 hrs) and arrived 20 minutes
into this time frame - quickly and carefully unpacking and
wheeling my new fridge into my house. As this was my first
major online purchase I was really pleased that they
accepted Cash on Delivery. It is also good to note that the
$20 delivery to Canberra is still a far cry better than the
$65 local delivery quoted by the four major retailers.
In summary, I would definately
recommend Appliances Online to my friends and family - A
straight forward website, excellent customer assistance line
and a well oiled, professional delivery crew make Appliances
Online the perfect alternative to pushy, unhelpful,
overpriced retailers.
