The online experience I found to be excellent. From the choosing of the fridge on line on Satruday afternoon to the delivery early Tuesday monring was all very easy and efficient. I was purcahsing this fridge for my 84 year old mother as her fridge had died and she did not want to go into the shops and look at fridges. At first she didn't belive me that you could buy a fridge online but that soon changed when the fridge arrived.
