Customer Service Review - 148L Haier Chest Freezer HCF148A

Very professional to deal with.
Online showed the freezer to be out of stock so I called the contact number and was spoken to by a real person. They could speak and understand English clearly so there was clear communication. Refreshing by today's standards.
The person I spoke with said they could do a search of the warehouse nearest to our location which they did. There were two items available so I placed my order. I was advised that the delivery would take place the next day in the morning and that the delivery people would call before arriving. Sure enough the next morning we received a phone call about 45 minutes before the truck arrived. we were greeted by two friendly young men who unpacked our freezer and placed it exactly where we wanted it. They also removed the packaging.
All up a very pleasant experience, excellent service and best of all the lowest price I could find online. I had searched several suppliers and a couple had a cheaper price on the freezer but when it came to adding the delivery costs the total cost was more.
To sum it up as briefly as I can: Best Service, Best Price
