    Hi Dougie, Hob2Hood technology lets compatible rangehoods automatically adjust fan speed and airflow to clear cooking smells and steam as you cook on a compatible cooktop. It only works between compatible Westinghouse or Electrolux cooktops and rangehoods. In regards to the installation of this rangehood, you need to ensure a 600mm clearance between the top of the cooktop and the rangehood (current safety requirements demand this).
