 The fridge works well, only there is not enough info on optimising thermostat control and freezer does does not appear to reach the optimum low temp, however sufficient for small items and limited date storage. The fridge fits in well with the room given the stainless steel effect.

 Again we haven't had time to call up about this. But this product is very poor. You cannot even fit a standard dinner plate in the bottom rack as the height of the rack before it hits the spinner is to short. It doesn't wash the dishes properly - always have to rewash. We will be calling to see if we can exchange or talk to a rep from Midea about it.

 Fantastic customer service, called within 20 minutes when I ordered a product that wasn't in stock. The delivery driver also called the night before to advise the time of delivery the next day. Took away old appliances even the mircrowave which wasn't on the website. Absolutely love this online store and will definitely use it next time I need whitegoods.

I had no issues with delivery of the washer or removal of the old washer. The transaction was done in under 60 secondas online. The delivery driver turned up when he said he would, fitted the new washer and took away the old one. Hassle free.

The service was excellent, to say the least. A pre delivery phone call provided good info and I was able to direct the delivery to my 82 yo mother's home without worrying she would be confused or inconvenienced as a realistic time frame was given in hours, not a whole day of waiting around just in case. Not only that, the delivery men kindly removed the fridge from the packing for my mum so she didn't have to try and do it herself. Excellent service which is so lacking today. This is the second product we have bought through ap online and we will do so again. Best wishes.
