 Wow! what a contrast to the Electrolux I returned. It's cycle times are accurate, its very quiet and you can wash in cold water. I particularly like the Quick Wash 30 Min cycle it has which I am now regularly using.

Its extremely quiet, energy efficient and
water efficient. Very gentle on clothes and the timer
function is terrific. Dont have to sit and wait trying to
estimate when a load will be finished. Can also set timer
allowing load to start early in the morning and finish
before I wake up. I was a bit apprehensive about buying an
LG appliance, however, washer comes with a ten year warranty
on the drum and the extended warranty I purchased gives me
piece of mind for the next five years. Highly recommend :-)

Very happy with machine - it is quiet, has a
30minute cycle and a crease care button which seems to work.
The warranty is impressive , and the $150 cash back from the
water board handy - so far so good. Would definitely
recommend this machine

This washing machine takes a very large load. Clothes are much cleaner than my old LG front loader (8 yrs old) and after the full spin they are almost dry, which means that they dry on the line much quicker. There is a large range of wash cycles including a time delay and pause/add function - both of which are very handy. The machine is quiet, with very little vibration. We have noticed a little bit of water hammer on start up (more so than our previous washer) but this may be due to our pipes, not the washer. Overall, we are pleased with this product.

Front load washing machines are the way to go. They use less water, less laundry liquid, are quiet, quick
and easy to use. Much better for the environment. This
washing machine is unreal. I have four sons, so lots of
washing and it works to perfection. Fits six towels, hand
towel and bathmat and washes all no hassles.

 After just a few weeks, I am pleased with this machine. It has a reasonable capacity, and the washing is clean even using 30 degree wash. It's easy to use, and I like the delay start capacity, as I can set the machine to wash the clothes in off-peak electricity time without having them sit damp in the machine for too long. The minimum delay is 3 hours, which is okay but I'd love to have a one hour delay as well. Like most front loaders, it has a rubber seal which means potential for mold to build up over time, but I'm combating that by wiping it out with a dry cloth after each wash.

I love my new washing machine. I've gone from top loader to front loader and no regrets. It washes really well, the clothes are much cleaner. Plenty of settings to choose from, so you can wash pretty much any thing.

Its fantastic that we are now able to purchase
mainstream appliances conveniently online. The pricing is
fantastic, saved more than 30% off the rrp. Delivered on the
day I requested. I also received a phone call on the morning
of the delivery advising me of arrival time. The delivery
guy even asked me if I wish for him to call 10 minutes prior
to his arrival to make sure I'm home and ready!

Outstanding! This was my second purchase and both times the products were at a very competetive price, delivered promptly and the old items were removed at no extra cost. The 30 min warning phone that the drivers on his way was also great, saved me hanging around the house all day. I have the fridge & Washer just waiting for the dryer to give up so I can come back! Will never bother going to retail stores and waiting an hour to get served again! A job well done!

It appears to be a well managed company, with a strong emphasis on good customer service when you are buying a product. I was impressed with their price match guarantee, as it allowed me to shop around and get the best price possible. I'm also impressed that their (very competitive) price also includes delivery, installation and removal of the old machine. On the downside,, the product I purchased was not tested when it was delivered and installed, and it was faulty. Customer service at this point was okay, but not as spectacular as prior to purchase. When I phoned to get a replacement, the machine was, apparently, not in stock (even though it showed as being in stock online), and the day the replacement was to be delivered, I phoned to confirm and was told it had only just arrived in the warehouse so would be delivered the following day. I would have preferred being told this before my husband took a day off work to be at home for the replacement delivery, which didn't happen! The delivery men were friendly and efficient, phoning to advise the time slot in which they'd arrive, then a few minutes before arrival. I would be willing to use Appliances Online again, and to recommend them to friends.

easy to use and has a nice feel. The staff have always been
friendly and helpful when speaking on the phone. We have
purchased many large white goods over the past couple of
years and have never had any problem. Prices are great but
more important is the quality service. A pleasure from
start of the purchase all the way to the finish with the

I am very pleased with my Appliances Online
experience. The customer service staff member I spoke with
on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgable, which
was in great contrast to the numerous sales people I dealt
with at all the major retailers in Canberra. The Appliances
Online price was already lower than what many outlets were
prepared to go (even after much negotiation) The retailers
(yes, the four majors) were all out of stock and
couldn't even promise to have more available for
two/three weeks (if I was lucky) Appliances online delivered
and placed my fridge in my kitchen within four days of
placing my order (I live in Canberra) They arranged a
reasonable delivery window (1.5 hrs) and arrived 20 minutes
into this time frame - quickly and carefully unpacking and
wheeling my new fridge into my house. As this was my first
major online purchase I was really pleased that they
accepted Cash on Delivery. It is also good to note that the
$20 delivery to Canberra is still a far cry better than the
$65 local delivery quoted by the four major retailers.
In summary, I would definately
recommend Appliances Online to my friends and family - A
straight forward website, excellent customer assistance line
and a well oiled, professional delivery crew make Appliances
Online the perfect alternative to pushy, unhelpful,
overpriced retailers.

A This fridge does have the shelf behind the water dispenser, however the fridge is manufactured so the ice maker is built into the door in a slim fashion providing more useable internal storage space.

A This fridge has to be connected to a tap behind the fridge. It does not have a water reservoir. If you do not have a water connection near the space for the fridge it will have to be plumbed in.

A We receive this model as a right hand opening fridge however, the door is reversible and the hinges can be changed so that the door opens to the left.

A It is important to leave a minimum of 2cm on the sides and back as well as 3 cm on top for heat to escape.
