Great TV

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
I am more than impressed
This morning, my new washing machine was to be delivered to our address in Caringbah between 9.30-11.30am. I have 2 young boys and was dreading the delivery because I thought there would be water and mess everywhere and so on... I went out this morning early and got back at about 9.40 to the guys already here (sorry about that!) They didn't mind that I was late and that the old machine wasn't disconnected (another apology...) It took them 10 minutes to take the old one out, set the new one up and be friendly to not only me but my boys. For the lack of hassle in not only purchasing the new machine but also the delivery, I am more than impressed! I will be recommending your business to as many people as I can. Having worked in customer service from the basic level up to management for most of my working life, I know customers aren't always the easiest and they rarely say thankyou or mention good service so I'd like to take this opportunity to do just that. When our old fridge unexpectedly died, I ordered a replacement from you and was delighted to find that you could deliver within 2 working days. The fridge arrived at the specified time, delivered by two very professional and helpful guys. They unpacked and installed the new fridge an then took away the packaging and my old fridge, even replacing the pot plants that they needed to move whilst bring the fridge inside.
