Great price & service I would like to thank you for excellent service & will be recommending you to others. I bought washing machine for my daughters & price including warranty was cheaper than other suppliers for washer only. An added bonus was free delivery, free connection & old washer removed making value even better. Purchase online very simple. Delivery guys were wonderful & had washer hooked up & ready to use in no time. Had to cope with taking washers up & down 3 flights of stairs without any complaints. Thanks guys.

I would like to compliment your company once again on its service.
I sent the email below and the next morning one of your gentlemen from Sydney telephoned to arrange for another dryer to be delivered today and the original machine to be sent back to the manufacturers as it was possibly faulty. True to form, the driver phoned early this morning and arrived on time at 10am.  As the driver wanted the box to cart the original machine, he quickly unpacked the dryer and put original one in the box.  My husband has had a stroke and is not able to do these things, so I was extremely grateful that it was done without being asked.  Old fashioned service again. The drivers were very pleasant young Indian men who were certainly good ambassadors for Appliance on Line. It makes such a change nowadays to get a job done properly and for people to turn up within a time frame.

Just a note to say a big thank you for your execution of the above order. It was only last Thursday that we came across your website, found a great price compared with **** and ****, then and placed our order on Friday.  Your website is excellent – easy to follow – great follow up with order confirmation, notes on delivery and removal of our existing washing machine.  As promised, Adam rang about 7.30am to advise anticipated delivery, he and Ali quickly removed the old machine and installed and balanced the new one, took away packing materials.
