 Can I just say, having decided to take a risk and buy this fridge before I could find any reviews online about it.... I LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!! It has only been 2 weeks but so far works like a treat! Love the light in the freezer and the ice cube maker - didn't want to go for fridges with automatic ice makers that need extra plumbing, as didn't want anything going wrong with the system. I am also amazed at how incredibly quiet this fridge is! You barely notice it there! Plus the finish is very nice - can be subjected to fingermarks but is not too problematic. And the space of a french door refrigerator is just incredible - I will never go back to a normal fridge after this! I highly recommend this fridge - just make sure your house door will accommodate it as we just managed to get it through the sliding door at the back, which is larger than a normal size front door... And one other thing - the power plug is not flat, so factor this in when considering space, as it is a very large fridge!

Great dryer with a huge capacity. The unit can be easily wall mounted upside down with a reverse sticker and wall brackets supplied. The instructions include how to change the LED display to read upside down. Very happy!

 We installed 5 of these dishwashers in 5 units , we refurbished in 2005. They have all been reliable and this is the first one to require replacement, which after 6 years, is not bad given their low cost ( under $500 ). Other slim line dishwashers cost significantly more. They are often not worth servicing because of the high cost of service call outs and the local service agents do not seem to carry spare parts.

 Flimsy steel on front that bent out at the lower corner slightly when installed.
Doesn't wash well and the wash cycles are extremely loud.

This 6kg dryer is perfect for the larger family like ours. Can hold a larger washing load in one cycle which this family needed. I had never heard of the brand Haier before but would recommend this dryer and brand to all. It's so quiet.

I was constantly talked at as being old fashinoned in stores wanting a twin tub...I am very water savvy and at 64years old, think I am entitled to my opinion, without rude salespersons telling me I am behind the times!!

The dryer is fairly large, but it has trouble handling a large load of clothes. If you leave it running long enough the clothes will eventually dry, but they end up with a slightly burnt smell to them. For smaller loads it works great, so as long as you aren't trying to dry a large comforter and can do smaller loads, it is a good choice. The noise level is standard for a dryer.

My only problem with this freezer are the drawers. When you pull out the drawer. just be careful as if the drawer has a lot of food in it, it will tip and end up smashing onto the floor. I assume one can buy extra drawers.

Excellent website - allows consumers new appliances at good bargain prices. My only complaint is that I was informed by staff the delivery people would be calling 1hr prior to delivery to ensure someone would be home. I happened to turn my mobile on at 7.45am and within seconds it rang, saying they were already onsite and had been trying to call me from 7.30am, however I was not told of this time, esp it being so early in the morning! So better organisation and information relayed to customers would've made this a better experience. The delivery drivers however seemed a bit average in their manner - neither grumpy nor too friendly - gave the impression of just doing their job which is fine as we don't expect much, just to be better informed so as to be better prepared is all.

The only reason we bought from you was your service (we thought) of supply and installation and removal of the old machine. A service we had previously experienced, as we have bought from you before and particularly important as this order was for an investment property and we live 5 hours away! As we were not going to be in Perth to take delivery, this was a critical factor to us. Surprise, surprise- you don't instal dishwashers!!?? This is apparently in very small print, but we missed this and only found out on the day of delivery so that experience then cost us another $110 odd for installation by our plumber. My first call to your office to discuss this issue on the day of delivery was met with a brusque response "we don't instal dishwashers" and the advice that it would cost another $130 for you to instal it. (Why not, when you instal washing machines- exactly the same process!!??) When I rang back that morning to discuss the problem with somebody in higher authority, I was then told the installation cost had just gone up and would be $175 and after some protest, was told, I could have the old rate of $130- still more than the local plumber charged us.We could have bought the same item locally, when we were in Perth the week before and done the installation ourselves - we were simply replacing one Haier dishwasher with another, so no special plumbing was required. As the main part of your web site highlights the service of supply and installation, we do not expect that the opposite should be secreted away somewhere. It should be highlighted in RED on the order page, when a dishwasher is ordered, It is not! The delivery was prompt and on time and the dishwasher is fine, but the overall experience was extremely unsatisfactory.

I was surprised to find that dealing with Appliances Online was such a easy and pleasant experience. We are not the average family and when trying to purchase a larger dryer for the family home we could not pass up on the 6kg Haier Dryer that was under any price tag of a 3.5kg dryer in any appliance store we visited. Placing our order online was a breeze,the communication was open, and the free delivery was welcomed. The delivery was on time as arranged,and the delivery men were just so polite,friendly and ever so helpful,also not to mention neat and tidy in appearance. So convenient...no parking problems and no rude salespersons. Every store I visited wanted $30 and $40 dollars delivery for 10klms...and your charge of $14 brought the item to my door,from Sydney- by two very helpful young,polite and charming men.
The item was in excellent condition...I knew within the half hour of delivery...not like local stores "sometime on Friday"!!
I have recommended your online store to many of my elderly friends...THANK YOU!!!

Very professional to deal with.
Online showed the freezer to be out of stock so I called the contact number and was spoken to by a real person. They could speak and understand English clearly so there was clear communication. Refreshing by today's standards.
The person I spoke with said they could do a search of the warehouse nearest to our location which they did. There were two items available so I placed my order. I was advised that the delivery would take place the next day in the morning and that the delivery people would call before arriving. Sure enough the next morning we received a phone call about 45 minutes before the truck arrived. we were greeted by two friendly young men who unpacked our freezer and placed it exactly where we wanted it. They also removed the packaging.
All up a very pleasant experience, excellent service and best of all the lowest price I could find online. I had searched several suppliers and a couple had a cheaper price on the freezer but when it came to adding the delivery costs the total cost was more.
To sum it up as briefly as I can: Best Service, Best Price
Thank you Appliances online and I will definitely be buying my next appliance from you.

A very good service and very helpful customer service but do need to work on organisation of appliances and availability. I ordered a Fridge and was told twice it would be dropped off and both times was told at the last moment that it was not yet in Stock. My other products got delivered without the fridge even though I asked they not be delivered until all items where in stock.

A The 150L Lemair Chest Freezer CF150M doesn't come with castors. I have called the manufacturer in order to check with them how wide the basket is, but unfortunately they weren't able to give me this information.

A This dryer can be wall mounted upside down. This model comes with a facing to reverse the controls - it is a sticker that you can put on the machine.

A Freezers in bar fridges are unable to keep meat frozen. The temperature is just not cold enough. It is suitable for freezing ice cubes only.
