 Can I just say, having decided to take a risk and buy this fridge before I could find any reviews online about it.... I LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!! It has only been 2 weeks but so far works like a treat! Love the light in the freezer and the ice cube maker - didn't want to go for fridges with automatic ice makers that need extra plumbing, as didn't want anything going wrong with the system. I am also amazed at how incredibly quiet this fridge is! You barely notice it there! Plus the finish is very nice - can be subjected to fingermarks but is not too problematic. And the space of a french door refrigerator is just incredible - I will never go back to a normal fridge after this! I highly recommend this fridge - just make sure your house door will accommodate it as we just managed to get it through the sliding door at the back, which is larger than a normal size front door... And one other thing - the power plug is not flat, so factor this in when considering space, as it is a very large fridge!

 Flimsy steel on front that bent out at the lower corner slightly when installed.
Doesn't wash well and the wash cycles are extremely loud.

I've only owned it for a month but so good so far. Easy to use and works well. My only complaint compared with other washing machines I've used is that at the end of the wash, the clothes are more wrinkled than usual.

Great dryer with a huge capacity. The unit can be easily wall mounted upside down with a reverse sticker and wall brackets supplied. The instructions include how to change the LED display to read upside down. Very happy!

Excellent website - allows consumers new appliances at good bargain prices. My only complaint is that I was informed by staff the delivery people would be calling 1hr prior to delivery to ensure someone would be home. I happened to turn my mobile on at 7.45am and within seconds it rang, saying they were already onsite and had been trying to call me from 7.30am, however I was not told of this time, esp it being so early in the morning! So better organisation and information relayed to customers would've made this a better experience. The delivery drivers however seemed a bit average in their manner - neither grumpy nor too friendly - gave the impression of just doing their job which is fine as we don't expect much, just to be better informed so as to be better prepared is all.

A very good service and very helpful customer service but do need to work on organisation of appliances and availability. I ordered a Fridge and was told twice it would be dropped off and both times was told at the last moment that it was not yet in Stock. My other products got delivered without the fridge even though I asked they not be delivered until all items where in stock.

Very professional to deal with.
Online showed the freezer to be out of stock so I called the contact number and was spoken to by a real person. They could speak and understand English clearly so there was clear communication. Refreshing by today's standards.
The person I spoke with said they could do a search of the warehouse nearest to our location which they did. There were two items available so I placed my order. I was advised that the delivery would take place the next day in the morning and that the delivery people would call before arriving. Sure enough the next morning we received a phone call about 45 minutes before the truck arrived. we were greeted by two friendly young men who unpacked our freezer and placed it exactly where we wanted it. They also removed the packaging.
All up a very pleasant experience, excellent service and best of all the lowest price I could find online. I had searched several suppliers and a couple had a cheaper price on the freezer but when it came to adding the delivery costs the total cost was more.
To sum it up as briefly as I can: Best Service, Best Price
Thank you Appliances online and I will definitely be buying my next appliance from you.

So convenient...no parking problems and no rude salespersons. Every store I visited wanted $30 and $40 dollars delivery for 10klms...and your charge of $14 brought the item to my door,from Sydney- by two very helpful young,polite and charming men.
The item was in excellent condition...I knew within the half hour of delivery...not like local stores "sometime on Friday"!!

This is a great idea, especially for a single mum like myself as I don't own a trailer, I'm unable to lift heavy items on my own and I don't know how to install washing machines. The delivery, removing excess packaging and installing the appliances was peace of mind. The staff were friendly too and I was able to shop online after hours at the convenience of my home.

A Unfortunately, Haier do not have decibel ratings for any of their dishwashers. Most other brands do and these are visible on our website.

A Yes you can stack this model with a Haier front loader. To do this, you will need to purchase a stacking frame, the model number for this is HDK6-1.

A This dryer can be wall mounted upside down. This model comes with a facing to reverse the controls - it is a sticker that you can put on the machine.

A Be sure to leave at least 10 cm of space around the appliance. When installing the appliance in an enclosed area, leave at least 25 cm of space on the sides and 5 cm on the top and back.

Q What does cold connection only mean?

A Dishwashers have only 1 water supply pipe. They use cold water which can be heated to a variety of temperatures for different cycles. You can connect this machine to a hot water supply but it is not reccomended as the machine cannot cool the water and as a result, will not be able to perform the majority of cycles.
Please be advised that this dishwasher will not be covererd by the manufacturer's warranty if the hot water supply exceeds 60 degrees Celcius.

A Freezers in bar fridges are unable to keep meat frozen. The tempreture is just not cold enough. It is suitable to freeze ice cubes only.

A This model has a water catchment box that needs to be emptied at the end of each cycle, alternatively you can use the supplied drain hose to conect this to your drain and have it automatically drain itself (just like a washing machine).

A These machines have a minimum wash temperature of 30 degrees this temp allows the enzymes in the detergent to work.
