18 months and the motor in this machine is burning out. We don't ask too much of it; two persons and one cat in a modern home does not generate a lot of dust and dirt for a vacuum to pick up, but apparently I have asked too much of this lemon. Back it goes, I await with interest the retailer and manufacturer's attitude toward dealing with my oversized paperweight. If however you feel the need to give this machine a go, the suction is good while it's in it's prime. The cord is on the short side compared to other machines we've had. I'm not convinced about the bagless concept - I like not buying expensive bags but emptying a the bagless cassette is something to do with no wind around unless you want to wear your freshly vacuumed dust.

The cleaning capability of this unit is very good. Easy to empty and good capacity in the dust container. Good mobility. My only gripes are the lack of a small tool brush and the poor connection between the steel wands and the flexible hose. Suction is very good

Recently purchased this machine approximately one month ago for Office/Workplace use. Purchased what I thought to be a mid-range (rrp: $299) vacuum cleaner from Appliances Online - Delivery time took much longer than anticipated (which Appliances Online have since apologised) - and when the machine arrived, it has been overall disappointing compared to similar priced bagless machines I have used in the past. Pros: Lightweight, Bagless. Cons: Short extension lead, nowhere obvious to store accessories, average performance.
