I bought this on the recommendation of a friend. It is wonderful. Very powerful and easy to empty the canister.

Have owned machine over 18 months. Superior performance Only drawback is cleaning. Unable to really clean out bugs and debris to avoid smell.

Got this for a Xmas gift from my wife. Liked the idea of the small hand attachment to do the stairs. Unfortunately, the battery power lasts about 5 minutes on high. I have 24 stairs so it was virtually worthless. The battery does not last 40 minutes as claimed. The cup holds very little and there is no space to store unless you hang it up somewhere. The problem is where? No room in the garage and I would not hang in guest view as they do in the commercials. Just tacky. Really, they should give you 2 batteries for the price. I will play with it a bit and then return to the store for a refund before the return policy expires. I want to like it but I just don't right now. Would rather have a cord than have the battery last only 5 minutes. Just ridiculous.
