I am very pleased with my new cleaner. I was worried that I would not be able to clean the stairs properly but it did a great job. I couldn't believe the amount of dirt and dog hair it picked up. I had to empty the barrel after cleaning just two rooms. I have already recommended the cleaner to my friend and told her to purchase from Appliance online.com jean

Excellent product. Upgraded from a smaller model which has been passed on to family member. The DC25ACSY is better suited to our home which is quite large. Very happy with product and service.

As many users have said the use of the "ball" to move the machine takes some getting used to, but I'm getting used to it, and it is true you can vacuum closer to walls and the suction is fantastic! I hadn't realised that the attachment for reaching up stairs etc (and I haven't any stairs!) is not positioned the right way for reaching into corners and under furniture at ground level which is what I do need and what I liked on my very old model Dyson. It is my fault for not reading the options of each Dyson carefully enough - but a bit disappointing now I've bought this one! Rosalind

Fantastic Service. I received a phone call from you a short time after I had placed my order to be told that you were out of stock and that the appliance would arrive in a week's time. I received a call one week later from the delivery man to inform me that he would arrive in an hour - which he did. No delivery charges, delivered straight to my door.
I didn't want to give credit card details on line and he accepted a cheque. jean

I am really pleased with the DC25. I was looking for an upright vaccum cleaner which was not too heavy and easy to move around, that I could quickly go over both hard and carpeted floors with. I am rellay happy withe the DC25. Rebecca

Fast service and prompt updates via phone. The order came in two parts, the first part the delivery was a bit ordinary and we had to ask them to take away the boxes, etc. The second delivery service was excellent, polite and on time and excpetionally helpful. Peter
