With my purchase yesterday from you I not only received it cheaper but the next day, the two people doing the delivering were efficiant, courtious and set up the washer and took the old washer away and no delivery charge, where were you when I needed a freezer and I will be dealing with you again, no worries.I will be dealing with you again, no worries I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place.Reinforced my confidence in shopping online Delivery, services & returns
