My wife and I ordered a cooktop from Appliances Online and while nervous about our first online purchase with them, it arrived within 24 hours, and unlike other services out there, at the time they specified! Brilliant. We then were told that the cooktop was against Victoria regulations (due to the design of the kitchen, NOT Appliances Online). We called in and explained our problem and Andrew was kind, cooperative and quite honestly bloody efficient. All sorted and happy. Appliances Online were probably the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The prices were the cheapest that I could find which is the reason I went with their products. However, the contact made on the day of delivery and the impeccable service of the installation of my appliances were most impressive. Have referred to my friend and she had exactly the same experience. Appliances Online have restored my faith in the retail business and encouraged me to buy on line more often. A special mention must go to a gentleman by the name of LUKE who on several ocassions was the unlucky guy that took our phone call and guided us every inch of the way with measurements regarding our cook top and wall oven. The staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Calls were answered quickly, unlike many places where you have to hold on forever, and when people said they would ring back they did. And the prices were excellent.  Also, the delivery people were great. We have a difficult site for access, but deliveries were on time, and without complaint. And the packaging and old appliances were also taken away. All in all, one of the best shopping experiences I have had. I would recommend Appliances Online to anybody.

We have used your store before and you continue to offer an incredible range of products presented on a very user friendly site with highly competitive prices. Our experienced was further enhanced by using your online chat facility which helped to resolve a couple of minor issues regarding our choice and we were given an additional discount for purchasing two items. Finally your delivery service by Allied Express is amazing. We placed our order on 02/11 and for a fee only marginally higher than the cost of 15 km delivery from our local town we received our goods on the Atherton Tablelands on Tuesday 08/11.
