Ordered a clothes dryer on Tuesday at about 1.00pm. It was delivered and unpacked by 9.30am the next day. Phone contact by staff was very helpful. Overall service was excellent. Haven't used dryer yet but don't expect any issues.

From Campell, who gave me a great price and courteous service, the emails from dispatch and to keep me up to date on my products and the customer service reps who were really great in tracking down what was causing the delay with my delivery. Which I must mention was a 3rd party company who could stand to take a few lessons from AO team! Amazing site and an amazing company with fabulous employees. I bought a dryer for my elderly mother who lives in another state to me.The dryer was delivered on the day requested, installed and the old dryer taken away. Mum said the driver showed her how to operate and empty the lint filter. Would definitely use Appliances Online again

Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for the great service I received from your company. I ordered my dryer on Sunday (I was enticed by the free delivery) It arrived on the day I had chosen. I was actually going to call on the Tuesday morning just to confirm it would actually be delivered (as I have had problems in the past from other companies)but before I could even do that I got a call before 9am to say it would be delivered in 15 mins. On delivery the men were very nice to my daughter and did not seem to complain that it was 2 flights of stairs which makes a change. This proves that a system without person to person contact really does work and I find it preferable. Thanks for the great job, I will definitely use you again.

I asked for a call to tell me when it would be delivered he called at 9.20am said they'd be here between 10 and 11 and bang on 10am he was here - brilliant! I would like to pass on my appreciation for the great service I had from Appliances Online during my recent purchase.
We found your site from a link in www.doorone.com.au while deciding which dryer to buy.
We ordered the dryer on the Sunday and nominated Monday as the delivery day, with Tuesday as the alternative. We didn't really expect delivery on Monday, but received a very apologetic phone call to say it couldn't be delivered until Tuesday. It arrived safely on Tuesday, the delivery persons followed our instructions exactly.
