It is such a great machine with lots of power. I use the immersion blender for gravy, and soups. I can grate vegetables in record time. I cut all my veggies for salsa with the food processor. The only complaint, is that my bowl cracked across the bottom. I duct taped it so I could still use it. I would like to get a replacement bowl as every thing else is still good.

Got it as a holiday gift and that first bowl cracked on the bottom after using it between 5-8 times. The replacement bowls were out of stock, so we wait months and months until they came available and then ordered one. We used the replacement only 3 times and it cracked in the same place on the bottom, and they are out of stock again on breville.com and elsewhere.

Absolutely love this alternative to my big food processor, which I also love. Be sure to read the manual so that you know to find the spindle on which to attach the slicing and grating plates – the S blade rests on it so you just have to pull the blade up and off. This has so many useful options and is compact – just wonderful!
