Bought a couple months ago and am very happy with the product, delivery and customer service

I've only tried it once. It really struggled to slice a pork roast. The crackling wasn't the problem. The knife just stopped cutting when about 3/4 through the joint and needed a lot of pressure to finally get through. This was slow, the handle got quite warm and the prolonged use made my hand ache.. This is the only knife I've tried so can't compare against any other brand. Perhaps my expectations were too high!

I purchased this electric knife following the receipt of a loyalty voucher for buying a couple of fridges and a freezer over the years. I paid the difference, which was quite small as I didn't actually need another knife but nice to have spare. I have since required a milk shake maker but they are not stocked, so whenever I need appliances I always check here first.
